3rd time my claim has been REJECTED in 5 years of never missing 1 payment

3rd time my claim has been REJECTED in 5 years of never missing 1 payment, every single ''inspector'' gives a different report, 1st it was lack of maintenance, after which i spend more than R80k to improve my property, claim rejected, then the new inspector indicates that the roof is not up to building regulations, BUT it was approved by the bank etc when we bought the house a few years back, then after taking this up with Momentum Insure, they send out a new inspector to come and asses the damage on the roof, only for him to find small rocks and leaves on the roof, so his statement reads that because of the leaves the water cant run down the roof, which is causing the waterproofing on the roof to deteriorate much quicker and causing the roof to leak. 3 reports, 3 different assessors used, 3 totally different feedback.

AS A RESULT, I LOST A TENANT, A INCOME AND MY PROPERTY IS VACANT CAUSE MOMENTUM IS LOOKING FOR WAYS NOT TO PAY OUT CLAIMS.

OH AND DON'T FORGET BOUT THE THEFT A FEW YEARS BACK WHERE THE PERP WAS CAUGHT BY THE POLICE, WHICH THEY ALSO REFUSED TO PAY MY CLAIM.

WHATS THE USE OF HAVING BUILDING INSURANCE IF THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING WHICH THEY USE NOT TO PAY A CLAIM.
