3rd party insurance claim

Momentum insure is a **** of the highest order in the insurance business and should never be trusted at all. I am still waiting up until today for some Phumudzo Luvhengo to contact me on my 3rd party claim I made since last year 2022 0ctober. He claims that their external tracers contacted me to say that I did not advise my insurer to make a claim on my behalf and yet I have stated a hundred times that I do not have insurance but their client bumped and momentum must take responsibility to reimburse me. I have been moved from pillar to post with the hope that I'm going to give up the matter but I am certainly not going to back until momentum settles. I have sent quotations more than 3 times already and have done and met all the requirements but I'm still waiting for my claim after 6 months since the accident happened.
