3rd Party Insurance Claim

I was in an accident in July and the guy who drove into me and wrote off my bike is insured with Alexander Forbes. All documents were submitted within 1 week of the accident. It took a month for the claim to reach the legal department and only then would they start looking at the claim. EVERYDAY I called Tevin to follow up and put pressure on him. Most days I would get transferred anything between 4 to 6 times before reaching someone who would just tell me he was not available and can they take a message.I have left numerous messages to date not 1 call returned, I even told the lady to not waste her time leaving a message as he wont call.Eventually 18 September I received a settlement letter which I was very upset about.The accident as not my fault, yet now I sit with no transport and a measly amount of money which cannot replace nor fix my bike. However I was told there is nothing I can do but accept the offer.I sent it back the same day and now I wait and wait and wait? Again I have been calling daily to find out where my money is.I was informed it will take a further 60 days to be paid? This will be going on 4 months from the date of the accident and that is IF they even pay me!
