3rd Party Claims and Claims Process Sucks! - Continued (Still sucking)

<p>So this is my original post - https://hellopeter.com/alexander-forbes-insurance/reviews/3rd-party-claims-and-claims-process-sucks- ********** </p> <p> </p> <p>I have updated and commented and no feedback - so I decided to add another review.</p> <p> </p> <p>Since last week I have sent 4 emails to various people - including the customer services department, with no feedback or response whatsoever. This morning I once again called legal and spoke to the team leader who promised me that the claim would be settled today - however, after having sent her an email for her to confirm it in writing, there is once AGAIN - NO RESPONSE. Just pay me the money you owe me and then I never want to hear from Alexander Forbes Insurance again.</p>
