3rd Party Claims and Claims Process Sucks!

An Aforbes client damaged my car and 2 of her colleagues' cars at the same time. This happened early March. I clalled the legal department on the 25-05-2016, legal department to follow up and spoke to Tevan, who said that they had only recieved the file that week. The assessor was only appointed a week after that. A week after the assesment was completed, I spoke to his superior (Hantie) who assured me that we could expect a settlement offer within a few days. After speaking to her 3 times since then and still waiting for a settlement offer - they have now turned around and said that their client has no knowledge of damaging 3 vehicles and they need the police report. One of the other claimants has informed them that the police report has been archived and that there is now a cost to retrieve it - and since then silence.

Below is the claim number as well as the contact details of the people I have been in contact with to fine out what the heck is going on.

Claim Number : 568516

Tevan ********** **********

Hantie ********** **********

I sent a follow up 7 days ago via email to both the legal department (Tevin William), as well as the customer care (Venter Elsmarie ) to enquire as to the progress of this claim - and once again, there has been NO response.
