3rd Party Claim

On 27/7/2017 @ 9:55am, I spoke to Nompila, who advised me that my claim will be settled within 60 days. We are now 8 days away from the 60 days wait.

The damages is between R7000 and R10’000, yet I still have not been compensated and driving around with a brand new “damaged” vehicle and I was not even in the car at the time of the incident.

I find it unacceptable to wait longer than 60 days for this to be settled as nothing is outstanding.

I would like to lay a formal complaint to the Ombud if this is not settled and the amount reflecting in my bank account no later than 27/9/2017.
