3rd party claim

It has now been exactly one month since your client reversed into my parked vehicle. I have submitted all documents and despite numerous promises by Alexander Forbes to have senior managers contact me as of today no one have contacted me to resolve this straight forward 3rd party claims. Emails to Mr Mokwena who has my file has go unanswered. I pity the customers of Alexander Forbes who have to deal with this company. The lack of service on Alexander Forbes part is shocking to say the least. I await resolution of this matter so that I can forget this ordeal soonest.
