3 months without a car...n 21 days extra i ws told

I got an accident where i hit a dog in december 5 n bumper ws damaged. Made multiple calls for car to be fixed until athouration ws issued to pannelbetater on 5 jan to fix the car and on the atjorisatonw letter it said 10 or more depwnding on availability of parts. I hve made over 10 calls n multiple emails to ask the status of the car n der ws no answer. I opted to call pannelbeater n i ws told thy wil start on 19th on de car. O called on 29 i ws talled tht waiting parts to arrive on de first. I informed momentum abt the issue again no response. Today i called n the panelbeater said my car wil b available afra 21 days frm Thursday meaning i wil get it afta march. I called dem today n stil no clear answer. I hve been badly affected as i had to pay for my tranport, fiance and daugter every morning costing over 3000 a month n i ws unable to pay some of my debit orders as u also have to hire cars to fetch water of which is 400 per week. I jst want to knw if momentum is aware of the problem and ders nothing happening wht mst i do? Three month wihout a car damaged a bumper.
