3 Months and still waiting for repairs to be complete

We had some serious hail damage to our home in November 2023 and reported it to the Momentum claims department. We waited and waited for someone to come and assess the damage and when they finally did come, we then waited and waited for someone to come and start the repairs.

There was serious damage to the roof, so while we waited for the repairs more damage was caused as there was more rainfall. Fast forward 3 months, the roof has been repaired but we are still waiting for someone to fix various downpipes around the house, painting of the outside of the house, repairs to the aircon units, repairs to outside paving, swimming pool as well as having new damage assessed to the laminate floors inside the house. I have never experienced such shocking service from an insurance company. We always received amazing service from Alexander Forbes, but since we have been moved to Momentum it’s just bad, bad and bad with terrible customer service and no one returns calls. They also seem to send out repair companies that are too busy to do the job, so what is the point? Really not a happy client. I would really appreciate if someone could please restore my faith in your company and sort this out.
