2 unfair claims

I've never had a problem with Momentum insurance, they always help. So resent was in a car accident and now I'm struggling to get my vehicle fix, and had to put a second claim in for damages as per the insurance and assessor instructions, no one told me that i will be paying another access fee part from the fist claim access fee with both add up to R7000 (blood Money) now they are investigating my second claim, after they told me to add the claim - and treat me now like a ********.... I've insured my all vehicle by them over the years , and always speak highly from them... no i feel like they service is up to ****, the way the treat me. if i don't call or email, i don't hear anything from them.. i have to do their job regarding my vehicle status. From the start go of reporting the claim. really upset how they treat people. the assessor only checked around my vehicle of body damage, and radiator damage. but did not check under my vehicle for the other damage with was the Pannel beater picked up and told the insurance - and that why i had to put a second claim, for control arm bushes and chassis bent.. Botherway i did mention to the assessor there a noise in the front left (damage on the side of the vehicle ) wheel- I wanted his xray eyes to see trough mag, brake disc shocks to see if the chassis and the control arm is fine.. my vehicle was not put on a lift by the assessors..... Which after the Pannel beaters did they fully check and saw that the control arms and chassis damage.. Now i have to pay R3500 for a second claim, which i think it should have been on the fist claim.. I've been fighting and emailing them regarding this and all i get is we investigating.
