2 and a half months waiting for feedback

On the 16th November, Pretoria experienced terrible flooding and I was caught in it with my Polo Playa hatchback. It rained so hard I got stuck in water which covered over my bonnet. It was getting late so I asked my brother to tow me home as the car did not wanna start again. I did notify Alexander Forbes(AF) about what had happened they said it was OK and they would collect the car from my house. The tow truck service was very quick to collect my car. <br> The next day, I phoned, wanting to inquire what is happening with my car and what is the next step. AF did not know where my car was when I called and said they would call me back, they then found it a day later. I had to continuously follow up with AF about my car, and them not updating me. <br> Friday, the 22 January 2016 they eventually sent me a mail saying that my claim is not covered. I am still awaiting an explanation as to why it is not covered and a finalized report. <br> My car was buried in water for more than 3 hrs, how can that not be water damage(natural disaster)?
