.

I have never had such a bad experience with any other insurance company. We were driving home from work when a Momentum client crashed into our Range Rover Evoque on the right rear wheel and door. We decided to do a 3rd party claim and it took Momentum 4 months to fix the car because of them not getting used or second hand parts for the car. From then we had to pay out of our own pocket for the Momentum clients fault as they only cover a certain percentage of the claim. From one panelbeater to another. We had to fight, beg & threaten with social media in order for them to speed up this process. After saying that we are going to social media we got the quickest responce ever asking us to wait. Well dear Momentum I am not going to fight, beg or threaten again. We got the car back then we had a break caliberation & gearbox fault error when driving home. So the car went back and was booked in at Land Rover they got a diagnostics done on the car. There was no gearbox issue found at that stage on the diagnoatic .At last the car came home about a week and half ago where the car stood for about a week. So driving to work we get this gearbox fault error again. Calling Land Rover out of panic to find out more. We get the news that it might be from the accident. Well believing them because the cost to fix the car on the right rear wheel was about R90 000.00 and apparently there are a few components from the all wheel drive that plugs from the wheel into the driveline/gearbox. Already we got negative because we know now we need to call Momentum again. Nontobeko the person who handled our claim. In my email yesterday I have asked you to Please give us feedback on this matter at 4pm. I even left our numbers in order for you to call us.Nontobeko this is not the first time that you ignore our emails but throughout the whole claim we struggled.

Please anyone who has advice about where to go or which lawyer to call please call me: ***.
