Your left hand doesnt know what the right is doing

I emailed my proof of income through in November as requested and was told that my premium would be increased as I earn over R5500. My payslip showed my basic salary at R5400 and R250 overtime. I got out R5568. I contacted momentum to tell them that I dont receive overtime every month and R5400 is my salary amount. They requested that I send through October, November and December payslips which I did and which clearly shows in December I only got my basic salary of R5400 minus deductions which made it R5321. I then recieved an email back from a lady at momentum by the name of Yolanda Mngoma who wrote the following....<br> We hereby confirm that your income band has been adjusted accordingly as per your request. The reference number for your enquiry is ***.<br> <br> At the beginning of February the higher premium went off again and when I contact Momentum now the only answer I can get is its because I received R5568 salary.
