Wrong information provided

Hi I have three ingwe policies for the kids ,it's taking me from August to request banking details change - last month it went of the account I didn't want it to this month I was promised it changed - one policy went of my Capitec ,lucky I did not trust them ,I knew they would lie again ,I'm so tired of this ,are they so *********** they lie to me consistently all I'm doing is changing banking details ,are they so illiterate they don't know how - please assist me , I have all confirmations of *** ,I can confirm the lies
