Wrong information given

Since from day 1 I have been having a lot of unanswered questions about the Momentum Ingwe option. Lot of propaganda and when I call to get clarity no one is willing o assist they will just say they have escalated to the complaints department. I was advised about the Momentum worker to download the app so that I can get assisted and will be able to find all the Drs and specialist near me. I downloaded the app and still be asked for the money when I arrive on that Dr, the Dr will tell me that he is under Momentum but not under Ingwe where else on the app they didn't specify all that. I have to give birth soon so they explain to me at the Hospital that I must test for covid-19 so that they can operate me. The first email I received from Momentum didn't say that I must pay for the test when I am positive I will be refunded, the email said I must get a referral letter from the Doctor then email for authorization, I send the email then they rep**** that I am not covered for Covid-19 but the email I did receive explained everything. I didn't budget for the R850.00 that is requested for testing and I must give birth soon. When I whats app to get assisted they pass me from 1 agent to another. If I knew that Momentum is full of propaganda I would just book at the Public Hospital. I have sent numerous emails and whats app but nobody cares to respond and assist me.
