Wouldn't recommend this company

They are quick to take your money but conveniently lose your claims when documentation is submitted - this is surprisingly interesting considering there are numerous people on hello peter saying the same thing.

I have inboxed their facebook account more than once to not only cancel my membership but also to receive a phone call from someone who actually knows what they are doing. I am still waiting for that call as well as the cancellation forms.

I would definitely not recommend this medical aid.
