WORST WORST YOU CAN EVER BE ON::::::MOMENTUM HEALTH

I'm disgusted in fact First thing on Thursday when I'm back at work I am requesting be removed from this nonsense of a plan. Firstly I was told all I need to do is submit a letter from my specialist in order for this letter to be paid for (mental health), which made sense also because I am new on this right. I go ahead and sort that out I call in today and I'm told there is no such and after I tell the person that I spoke to what I know, he "consulted" and came back with saying the benefit is there and I would need a referral from my GP and get pre-auth(which is okay just wish I was told before).

I'm willing to go see my GP then coz I mean we are aware, and she will know I need to go see my psychiatrist, so I will go there and call back later or tomorrow to submit the referral then I'm told I also need authorization to see a GP??????????? WHATTT???? MADNESS AUTHORIZATION FOR A GP VISIST????? LIKE WHO HAS AIRTIME ALL THE TIME FIRSTLY TO CALL MOMENTUM WHEN THEY ARE SIVK AND NEED TO SEEA GP????I WOULD UNDERSTAND IF IT WAS AFTER 10 VISITS THEN AUTH IS NEEDED MARA EVERY ****EN VISIT.... HELL NO

I am about to go through such an experience with you I will not put myself under so much stress not in my mental state. I miss discovery they don't put us through tedious processes for GP visits.
