Worst service, Worst medical Aid.NO remorse for their actions

Yesterday a consultant named Janet called me after i laid a complaint on hellopeter. She promised to call me back with feedback on my complaint by COB and im still waiting. No decency to call back to tell me there may be a delay or shes waiting for response elsewhere. Like i complain about something and about the same problem with momentum and how they never respond to emails, call backs. This is disgusting.
