Worst service ever

They are the worst ever I am waiting 2 months for a refund! They keep sending me a letter to fill out and when I do they resend it .

I am trying to get authorization for hospital and no one listens when you call They just transfer you . Or they say you don't have a medical aid with them and cut the call yet the medical aid is so expensive .but when you need help no one cares
