Worst Service Ever!!!

My mom (principle member) passed away 29 Nov. On 4Dec l sent an email with a continuation and consent form that l will handle correspondance on my dad's behalf. I included a letter stating exactly what we need done, mentioning that the previous encounter with them was a bit of a catastrophe. It is not done yet, 3 weeks later, 74 min in total holding on. On my dad's phone a msg came through: Mrs Gloy thank you for your feedback. Mrs Gloy is dead, that is why we have query.
