Worst service ever!!!!!!

In November Momentum contacted me for business and to become a client. After their promises, I decided to move my medical aid over to them and completed and sent the needed documents. They did not call me once to tell me they needed anything else, I had to call them each and every time. Back and forth for 2 months. Leaving me with no medical aid now and wanting to charge me double the premium than what they promised. Next time leave someone who has medical aid alone if you are not willing to assist and commit to your promises!! Momentum is the worst company I have EVER dealt with!! I will warn every single person I know not to ever try move any business over to you as they will just be *****ed!! Ohhh.. and I have a 1 year old baby who is sick now with no medical aid... momentum may your days be numbered and may economy help you rot!!!
