Worst service ever

I have never felt as sick and stressed as I am using a medical aid. They change stories and information as it best fits them. I was told I will get my refund, come the time for them to pay me back my money after I had inquired and received a reference number. I am at a loss I truly wonder why they ask us to call and then give information but come time to pay you back they will show you flames. They hardly cover for much and we have to deal with it, the options given are not conducive. You walk around saying you haver a medical aid but still have to face the very long lines in government institutions. What is it really that they cover as they don't even have basics like birth control measures.
