WORST MEDICAL SCHEME EVER

If there was an option of giving 0 stars, I WOULD have. This is THE WORST MEDICAL AID I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. When I initially joined, they said I will get certain benefits with the option that I chose. THAT WAS NOT TRUE. Then I asked to cancel the insurence as I am not getting anything I'm paying for, but still there are debit orders going off of my bank each month. When I call or send them WhatsApp messages they just ignore me as. Jeez, talk about bad customer service!!!!
