Worst medical aid ever... child was sick had to wait 3 hours for authorisation to visit a doctor. Got a call at 11 in the night for authorisation. Doctor gave script to get medication from the pharmacy only to go there and the pharmacy says child is not a member. Definitely cancelling and will not recommend anyone to take this medical..
