Worst Medical aid ever by far.

My wife has been sick, she had to go for an operation, it is now 3 days that we wait for authorization. the previous one was also a major issue. Roger Naido from their head office gave me his email account, it just bounces back all the time. Every time we phone the authorization department we get told it is still the surgical advisor. The Doctor was a Ctivp scan which they have sent Wednesday already. It is the worst medical aid ever, they take your money every month, and when you need it they treat you like a ********.
