Worst medical aid ever! Agents are not very helpful! I am unemployed since March 2022

Worst medical aid ever! Agents are not very helpful! I am unemployed since March 2022. They didn't deduct the premium even though they could have from last salary slip or from my bank account as I provided banking details. I was not informed by Ntokozo the agent who assisted me that my medical aid in arrears or that I need to pay for more than 2 months or that my premium can now be reduced due to my income bracket! Then now after 5 months when I want to recieve my medication I'm informed that my medical aid is suspended. I can't dispute the funds even though I paid without being able to use medical aid and in my view they actually owe me money as my premium was supposed to be reduced! I have several severe medical conditions and cannot go without my medication.
