worst medical aid ever!!!
I regret choosing this medical aid. They refuse to cover my hospital stay, I do not understand why. they have been sending me around and requesting irrelevant forms to be signed. now i have to settle a balance for my hospital stay and i am a student. why the hell do i pay for a medical aid if i wont be covered. wouldn't recommend this medical aid to anyone.
