Worst medical aid ever!

Worst experience ever! Have been part of the this medical aid for almost 2 years paying consecutively. Unfortunately I tested positive for covid 19 and expected to be covered for the test if tested positive which is what the rules of my medical aid states. They refused to pay it with after calling numerous times giving me the reason that I have to visit a GP to get approval which in any right mind could cause everyone at the Practice to get infected promise to be contacted and got no response now I had to use my last money to get them off my back with no refund. Worst experience ever
