Worst medical aid ever
This is the worst medical aid I have ever had to deal with. My mother has been with them for over a year and I am an authorised party for her. We have been paying for over a year and absolutely nothing is covered without a fight. A simple GP visit needs to be a fight. I would not recommend even giving them business

18 May 2026, 16:26Well, Nosipho seemingly disappeared off the face of the Earth. I spoke to one of your managers, Viverk in staff lines. He promised to call me, and today is the 7th working day of me waiting for the call. Your brokers Optivest is also useless and we were willing to meet you halfway. Attrocious service, *********** staff members, lack of benefits and overall problems from begining to end. I would not recommend using this medical aid.
