Worst medical aid by far. INGWE for students-part of Momentum Health
Your INGWE medial aid is the worst, so is Momentum Health's Client care. Refuse to pay for half my son's operation. Also refuse to answer any emails asking the tricky questions. Waiting since beginning of March for answers. Have now lodge a complaint with the counsel for medical schemes.
If you care about your family please move on to another medical aid.
