WORST MEDICAL AID!

I have been with Momentum since April last year... Needless to say, I have just cancelled all policies and am moving back to Discovery. MOMENTUM IS THE MOST PATHETIC MEDICAL AID I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS! I spend R2 600 with them every month and when do they actually pay for my medical expenses?? NEVER! I have complained and complained and complained and yet nobody gives a TOOT. Then when I cancel, I am SUCH a valued client and \Oh, please don't cancel. We are going to investigate all of your grievances and get back to you.\" I have heard that from a Momentum Call Centre agent at least a million timeS and yet NO FEEDBACK HAS EVER BEEN GIVEN ME!! EVER!!! PATHETIC!! GOOD RIDDANCE!!"
