Worst Medical Aid

Falling pregnant was such a happy time but Momentum has made it a nightmare. Full coverage was promised as long as I use an associated Gynecologist, I requested a reference and used the correct Dr and hospital. After EVERY single visit I received a bill and had to contact Momentum to beg them to pay the bill. No feedback was ever received. My phone costs are sky high. Once again I called vitamins my last visit after receiving yet another bill declined by momentum, they promise to call me back in one day its been a week with no feedback. I lay in bed at night stressed out over medical costs instead of enjoying my pregnancy. Please don't fall pregnant while with Momentum Health.
