Worst Medical Aid

I am an employee of Momentum and I have never been so disappointed in my own company, I am 36 weeks pregnant, Momentums clinical department simply declined my authorisation and excluded my pregnancy because I should have known I was pregnant when I completed the forms, I completed the forms in August, only found out about pregnancy middle September, after I begged them numerous times to please reconsider, I’ve sent them scripts and letters from my drs, I explained to them that I lost my baby in June 2024, I’ve asked so many people to help me and assist me to have the medical aid reconsider but nobody bothered to go the extra mile and they simply said no we will not include your pregnancy and if you do not accept that, we will cancel your medical aid.

The agent who I spoke to had absolutely no sympathy towards my situation and showed no empathy not even a sorry for your loss, nothing, its just a no from us and thats it

I would not recommend this heartless medical aid to anyone, they do not care about you as a person they just dont want to pay, I will never forget this awful experience.
