Worst by far even though they cost the most

Momentum is by far the worst medical aid plan i have ever been subject to... After years of being diabetic and being with multiple medical aids I made the decision to go to Momentum Health as they advertise they have 1 of the best benefit plans for diabetes. So far its been by far the worst and the most expensive. From the start I've had to compromise on medication for wich they wouldn't cover despite the fact that I advised what medication i use and that i have previously had a bad experience with changing insulin. I have been in hospital having to ly there for almost a week fighting with them on the phone to get cover arranged for which I am supposed to be covered for. Now I need a new test machine and im advised to call the manufacturer wgich i have tried. But they refuse to do so. When i say cancel my plan they say I cant do so and need to give notice even though they cant keep to their own benifitsthat were told to me!
