Why Pay for Medical Aid without Receoving Cover??

Of the 3 appointments I have had whilst on Momentum Health their rates not only seem to change but they cover nothing in full. I understand out of the doctors mouths themselves that paying cash up front keeps cost lower, as they charge medical aid rates at a higher fee. <br> <br> How is the claimed rate R 320.00, Momentum Rate R 320.00, but amount to be paid to member is only R 15.00. <br> <br> How is that even remotely fair??? Not only did i pay the consultation upfront and have to now wait for the claim to be processed by the very slow systems of Momentum Health Claims department who took nearly a month with our Pregnancy registration and repayment of claim, of which we received just about half back when everyone we spoke to said we'd be covered in full... but now I will only be refjnded R 15.00 for a consultation fee of R 320.00? <br> <br> Nice!!! Another fun way of *****ing over people out of their hard earned money and not delivering on services.<br> <br> Lets see if someone would like to call me for a change, because calling after you has cost me over R 1000.00 in airtime, whilst mostly being on hold for 21 minutes oor more at times...<br> <br>
