Why is AI giving inaccurate medical advice?

Hii there,

I’ve been a member with the scheme for years now and the service was great

However the adaptation of AI on Hello Doctor is ludicrous because there’s no way that a system that has been deemed inaccurate in giving medical advice is required for a patient who is seeking medical advice from human doctors. That’s their job.

A solution is to use AI as an organising system instead for high traffic. That way doctors aren’t overwhelmed either and the service still runs smoothly. A win win for both parties.

Please consider removing that feature! Already you have adopted AI adverti*****ts which absolutely disappointing and falls under false advertising along side just making the brand look cheap and *************.
