Why am I being crucified????

So I had pre Authorization for C-section for 30th May, I went into Labour on 24th May and it was foetal distress,my baby wasn't ok because even at birth he couldn't breathe and stayed in ICU for 5 days, Momentum paid my Anaesthetist half because they are not in the network. So was I supposed to wait for someone on the network to come from wherever they are to help me while an anaesthetist is available to assist? Am I being crucified for giving birth early? was my baby supposed to die while I'm waiting for someone who only God knows where they are and what they are doing? Please treat us fairly because I AM NOT ASKING FOR YOUR SERVICES, I'M PAYING FOR THEM!!!
