WHY AFTER 2 VISITS IS MY MEDICAL AID DEPLETED?

Why after 2 visits to my GP is my Medical aid funds depleted? I pay allot of money for medical aid every month just for me to not be able to use it? do you think you are running a proper business? You are clearly not as SO many of my Colleagues have the same issue with YOU!! SO now I must pay Thousands of rands for medical aid yet I cant get my medication I need, I went to Clicks and the pharmacist said I have to pay cash for my medication. No success!!! I dislike companies like YOU in SA that just want to TAKE our MONEY AND not provide a viable service thats worth our hard earned money!! I now sit With Cronic Medication that cant be obtained through your medical aid.. I have another appointment scheduled with the doctor in a month which have to pay for. BARE IN MIND I HAVE BEEN WITH YOU FOR 3 MONTHS ONLY!!!! ***????? I REALY WISH I COULD JUST CHANGE MY MEDICAL AID...u ARE UTTERLY USELESS!!!
