WHERE'S MY MONEY?

WHAT IS GOING ON!!! Ive been waiting a lifetime for my claim to be processed. No one knows whats going on or what they're doing. Every time I call I get a different answer, different story. I just need a clear understanding of where my money is, when I'm going to get it and why its taken this long.
