When the paw-paw hits the fan, Momentum Health will leave you hanging.
It is easier to get TERS payments from the government than it is to get Momentum Health to pay your medical bills.
I have been struggling for months, made countless phone calls and sent over a dozen emails to get a simple hospital admission bill paid by this medical aid.

05 Feb 2021, 13:01Happy with the service I received. Pity that it took a complaint to get the service. Momentum at the end of the day did pay what they owed, but it is frustrating that it took so much of my time and effort to get them to do something that they should have done of the bat.
