Whats the point of having Momentum if i still end up paying?????

I have been going back and forth trying to get Momentum to pay for Bloods done on my daughter last year.. I am very disappointed that momentum refuses to pay due to the fact that they deem the tarriff code to be incorrect! I have confirmed with Lancet that the tarriff code is correct, and further more surely if it was the invorrect test done the Doctor would have requested new tests??!

I have now had to pay out of my own pocket due to the fact i have been handed over to debt collectors, and dont want my credit rating ruined due to Momentums fault...

I have been a customer for over 6 years now, and fought last year for our company to stay with Momentum instead of moving to Discovery - seems like that was an error on my part!!!!

Furthermore i submit bills today from last year to be told it wont be paid due to the bill being over 4 months old - wish i could just refuse to pay my bills if they older than 4 months!!!

Dont see what the benefit of having a medical aid is if i am still having to pay...
