WEB SUPPORT MY FOOT

Web support has the worse service. first call, a rude lady cuts the call and she couldn't hear me? am i supposed to scream my lungs out while sitting in an open office?

i call back and speak to a second person who is clueless. then starts giving me attitude.

my problem was confirmed by the consultant to be a bulk problem on their webpage. so if its a damn bulk problem why must each member send through a screenshot to have it resolved?
