Watch out, not paying claims

I have been waiting close to a month for my claim to be paid out. It would have been one thing if the payout was slow, but even the processing of the claim is slow. Numerous emails back and forth with promises made on a weekly basis and this is absolutely pathetic service. Was expecting much more from the place where I do most of my business
