Wanted membership nobody interested to help

I wanted to become a member of Momentum health.I called them but was put through to 6 different people,no luck nobody helped.Then went to the website and completed a form that someone calls me ,nobody did.Then called again,they said they would call back,nobody did.Last call 9/10/15 approx 15h00.Why this attitude?I dont know,obviously the staff are not interested in growing the business,attitude is disgusting.Will remain with Discovery.
