Waiting for three weeks to get a response about joining this MA

I have sent through multiple requests online to please quote me as I would be interested in potentially joining this Medical Aid, I have also called a couple of times that is at my own expense, and still no feedback or reply or call back EVER! The only human I spoke to was when I called in requesting a quote, only to get told the sales team will need to get back to me, but they can't put me through, does this so called team exist? Was told on this call a sales person would call and that was early last week, I asked when and they said as soon as possible but couldn't give me a time frame, surprise surprise! Does Momentum not want new clients? Have you made enough money from the ones you have? I was wanting to speak to you and even called myself to get a quote but couldn't be put through to sales and still waiting for sales or any human being from this place to contact me. I had heard some good things, but if this is how you start, it can only get worse and why would I even try and join if this is the treatment of someone wanting to join. What happens when I need your actual help? Lets see if I get a real response from you, not an automated one. Will not hold my breath on this one! But also why would it take going onto here to get a response? Not impressed at all and seen a ton of no response complaints as well on here. So won't be shocked if there is still nothing.
