Very Mad

I don’t even know where to begin. So I got an email Monday from Momentum health saying my claim is processed so there are funds going into my account. I was shocked and when I looked at the amount I knew those are my contributions from Jan to March. I called them asking what is going on they said I’m terminated cause I was not paying my contributions. So I was like I’ll send you proof and a reinstatement form I did that Tuesday. To this day no communication has be done by momentum health I’m so disappointed. Last year I did manually contributions the whole year all of a sudden they can’t locate my funds but can send them back into my account.
