Very disappointed

I am quite disappointed with momentum medical aid. On the 3rd of February 2021. I called asking for an ambulance and I spoke to a lady consultant. That day I was very sick, I couldn't walk and I was losing my breath and I was 34 weeks pregnant. The lady told me I need to see a GP first. I told her its an emergency and I will be admitted. She didn't seem to care. My brother came and took me to hospital. When I got to the hospital I was admitted immediately and my sugar level was so high. I lost the baby I was carrying for 8 months. I m beyond disappointed. If my brother was not around. I would have died in my house.
