Very disappointed

I am highly disappointed in momentum health. I app**** for medical aid with them. They had me on a call for 2 hours taking my information. I sent through my document's and was advised I would be call by Monday. I am still waiting for a call from them. I have sent multiple emails but still nobody has gotten back to me.
