VERY BAD SERVICE

I just got a call from the doctor saying you won’t be paying the claim you authorised.

Why did you authorise the doctor’s quotation for my operation of R22 000 only for you to pay R2 402?

Now I have to pay the doctor R19 598 from my pocket meanwhile I am still being debited monthly.

The doctor even confirmed that you authorised everything and you will pay!

This is my first time claiming anything from you.
