Very bad service

I have been in hospital now fore two weeks waiting for authorisation to go to step down / rehab center. This makes no sense it costs them more to keep me in hospital as to send me to rehab? I can not be sent back home as rehab needs to get my legs some what mobile so I can function at home. Now they just waiting time and money.
